Customizing your garment is very simple. Simply select the model you like the most – t-shirt, sweatshirt or cap – and configure it by choosing the color, the size, the initials, name, phrase or design and the other details available depending on the model. Once ready, add it to the cart and confirm your purchase. Our artisan team will start making it exclusively for you, ensuring a unique and unrepeatable garment.
What sizes are available for t-shirts and sweatshirts?

At Banoffee BCN we offer a wide range of sizes so that everyone can enjoy our personalized garments. Sizes are available for adult (XS to XXL) and, in some models, also for child and baby. You can check the detailed size guide on each product sheet to make sure you choose the perfect size before finalizing your purchase.
What is the delivery time for personalized garments?

Estimated delivery time for custom t-shirts, sweatshirts and caps is 15 to 20 business days from order confirmation. This time includes the design, digitizing, custom embroidery and shipping. If you need it for a special date —such as a birthday, bachelorette party or event— contact us. We recommend placing your order well in advance.
Can I cancel, exchange or return a custom garment?

As these are products handcrafted and made-to-measure exclusively for you, cancellations, exchanges, or returns are not accepted once the purchase is confirmed. We recommend carefully reviewing all personalization details (size, colors, initials, design) before completing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
