Surroundings and contact
Avoid direct, prolonged exposure to sunlight or moisture, and do not place it on rough or dirty surfaces. Store it in a dry place to prevent discoloration. Avoid contact with greasy substances (oils), cosmetics, perfumes, or abrasive materials that could stain or scratch the bag and its metal hardware.
Put it in its case.
When not in use, always store it in its protective case to avoid damaging the bag or its leather.
Prevents it from deforming
If you are going to store the bag for a long period and want to maintain its original shape, stuff it with white tissue paper to prevent it from losing its form. Never use magazine or newspaper, as the ink can transfer.
Clean your bag.
If your bag is leather:
- Clean it regularly with a dry, white cotton cloth. Avoid overusing specialized cleaning products (creams, waxes, brushes, etc.).
If your bag is suede:
-To remove dust, it is best to brush it with a soft-bristled brush, gently lifting away any stuck-on dust particles.
-To clean it: Moisten a clean microfiber cloth with water and neutral soap and rub in a circular motion; then, use a sponge or cloth dampened only with clean water to remove the soap. Important: Let it air dry in the shade, away from heat sources.
-Scuffs: If there is a scuff or stain, you can remove it with an eraser. Protective spray: To prevent stains, you can use a suede protective spray. If your bag is canvas: Do not machine wash it. You can clean it by dabbing the stain with a slightly damp microfiber cloth (since it doesn't shed lint).

To keep your bag in perfect condition, we recommend avoiding getting it wet. Moisturizing your leather bag with special creams or classic Nivea (in the blue tin) is a good practice that you should carry out at least once a year.
